Production Manager - New Orleans!!

New Orleans is a great place to live with warm climate and something free to do every weekend!  Below is a list:)  We are a strong company that has an average run size of 576 pieces or greater.  We are looking for a fun and youthful minded individual who has great people skills and loves to screen print.  We have very strong software and processes in place and are in need of that passionate individual who loves to be challenged.

What would be required of you:
*Motivate Staff
*Quality Control.
*Management of production staff, as well as training and direction when needed.
*Ensure jobs are done in a timely manner in accordance to the schedule.
*Assist with set-up and operation of presses when needed (willingness to do all).
*Use schedule to properly plan print job order.
*Create & maintain proper production flow.
*Job tracking / notes on work orders for proper inks/print location/etc used.
*Keep track of supplies and maintain a proper inventory of ink, cleaning supplies, screens, etc.
*Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
*Ink Mixing/Color Matching


Qualifications

*6 years of experience in a screen printing production environment.
*2+ years of management experience in screen printing or related field.
*Extensive knowledge of printing techniques (discharge, water based, simulated process, etc.)
*Leader: must able to manage production staff in effective manner.
*Organized, and willingness to keep shop organized!
*Strong knowledge of both automatic and manual presses.
*Available to work flexible hours when needed.
*Good communication skills.
*Ability to multitask and work quickly.
*Adapt to changing role / demands.

I don't Recommend Many People Often, However if I were looking For a Production
Position, Working with Al Baudier would be a Great Choice!
He Runs A Growing Company, Does Great Work, Says What He Means, And Means What He Says.
With Sanity! Very Important!!!
