We have same machine. What we did on the very first day... We took reflective mirror off from left side & mounted it close to laser beam (5cm ) on the right side.

Thanks g uy s! To get the job done, we took the reflector and used heavy duty rubber bands and just rubber banded it to the laser, worked great, got the big golf bags done and made an extra couple grand that we normally would have sent to someone with a single head. Now, I did put it back to it's normal place, that's all I need is someone sticking their finger in the wrong place after all this time of never moving the sensor, lol. Thanks for the tips guys, appreciate it!!!

Yeah, make sure you use the safety beam. In the old days before those safety systems, I had a girl somehow manage toy have the hook go through her finger, She had the bobbin case out. The machine must have just stopping because the hook was all the way through her finer, but not shredded. She was working 2nd by her self. Good thing we were in a meeting and there late. Had to manually turn the shaft to pull the hook backwards. Old Tajima TMM. Ahhh the good old days
