That has the highest throughput on single phase power? No 3 phase and no gas.

Call Vastex.
If it's so easy, you do it.

You can get the fusion dryer and single phase in a 36 inch wide belt which will do approximately 60 dozen per hour.

Just doing research right now. Cant afford it but will need to upgrade in the future. We are stuck at 300 an hour and if we land one of these big orders we are working on we would definitely need to up that number. One job could be 10,000 pieces a month consistently which would take us about a week to print each side at 300 an hour. That wouldn't be good.

Not ideal but if you have the room pick up a nice used unit $1500.00 $2000.00 and run two dryers till you can afford to upgrade. Again not ideal but if you have the space it's a cheap solution to your problem.

Wasn't there somebody that stacked one dryer on top of another so that the shirt would drop on the belt below and return through the other heat chamber?

That's a good idea. Although it may slow you up pivoting both directions to get to either belt but maybe not once you get in a flow.
