Gain more control over the digitizing process with the new Design Analysis feature offered in Version 6.15 of Floriani Total Control™ Commercial. Design Analysis is one of the most powerful tools added to this full-featured digitizing program in its latest update, which is designed for use with multi-needle machines.

Quoting prices is an ongoing challenge for many, and one of the new features is a tool that estimates how long the design will take to sew out once you time your machine during a trim and color change.

Design Analysis also includes a production section that allows the user to modify settings for multiple machines. There are four tabs that can be modified including Details, Colors, Statistics, and Production.

Under Details, the operator can quickly check to see the dimensions of a design as well as the stitch information, which includes total stitch count, number of colors, and number of trims.

Under Colors, the software displays the colors listed in order by color number, color image, stitch count of that color, amount of thread used, name, and color code name.

The Statistics tab shows a pie chart of each stitch length in the design. The Production tab has the estimated sewout time based on the applied settings.

Floriani Total Control will work with any make or model of embroidery machine. It is designed to work on a PC, but can be modified to work on Mac. Training includes a workbook that walks newcomers through the basic functions of the program as well as a complete manual that will be available as part of the software as a handy onboard reference guide to answer any question.
