Ulano QX-1, offered by GSG, is one-pot SBQ sensitized dual-cure hybrid emulsion that is compatible with all plastisol, UV, and solvent-based ink systems. It offers the convenience, exposure speed and shelf life of a pure photopolymer with the durability and versatility of a dual-cure emulsion.
It has a wide exposure latitude and reliable performance under extreme humidity. It can be reclaimed even if underexposed and used with aggressive inks and cleaners. Other features include excellent resolution, good definition, and good wet strength. The high solids content is 37%, which provides a good stencil buildup per coat that can bridge coarse mesh while drying quickly.
The shelf life is one year. It comes in containers of 28 ounces, 1-gallon, 5-gallon, and 50 gallons.
