If you look at a screen thru a loupe you will see all kinds of crap in the knuckles of the mesh, if its not pressure wash really good even old ink.  I tend to get in a rush and plow thru screen trying to get them back in production and end up with a mess on the exposure unit.

We changed emulsion and same thing happened it turned out to be dust on the glass in the darkroom

Key to troubleshooting this problem is that the *%$**#@ pinholes are in the same place on every screen.

Remember, DTS, no glass, no film, no carrier sheets, all are the most common source of pinholes, just saying  ::)

rob, if you like the pink and higher solids, try this stuff. around 55.00/gal and you don't have to add diazo. we like it, compares to HVP, CT-R, QTX, textile PV etc.
