Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

12 ft. of heat and 60" belt we run:
Plastisol: 370F at 25
Discharge: 380 at 15
That covers the majority of what we do but we obviously make adjustments for blends, 100% polys, nylon, etc. We could run plastisol faster but since it does not cause a bottleneck we are playing it safe. Discharge we are still tweaking as we used to run it 370F at 20 with decent results but are slowing the belt down and increasing the temp to see if there is any difference in wast fastness after multiple washes.

I am running a 48" belt, so I run mine a little hotter and faster because I have less real estate to place shirts.
425 at 60 or 50(depends on the humidity) sometimes it's so humid here my shirts literally feel wet right off the UPS truck.
