I'll be there doing my seminars 'thang'.  I really like the Las Vegas Show because even though it is small we get a North American participation since it is Vegas and lots of networking happens before, during and after.

I am always on the search for the best burger/wing joint in any city and would love to have TSB participants join my quest for the perfect greasy spoon.

Try Heart Attack Cafe.   It started in Phoenix then closed. Opened in Chandler and next thing I know I hear it in Vegas. The place has tons for burgers like the single by-pass, the triple by-pass. They have had 2 guys that were their "Mascot" die already from Heart attacks I think. I have never ate there.

not going to be there, but if you are looking for absolute top notch carnivore bliss, there is a Brazilian barbecue about 30 min out of town. I used my "once a month allowed to eat meat" pass and ate so much I was in a food coma for 12 hours!

Is that the meat on a stick place that is all you can eat? I have been to one of those, great food.

Been to my share of the South American Carnivore Orgy places, my problem is that I can't say no to bacon wrapped fillet medallions, parmesan crusted New York Strip, Mesquite beef tenderloins, etc.  I am just to stupid to turn the serving request card from green to red and the animal protein just keeps coming & coming & coming....
