Maybe a better question would be how many dozen can you load/unload by yourself an hour. I can cruise at 20-30, and if I push it, 35doz./hr. I'd love to see someone loading/unloading 60doz./hr alone for sustained periods of time, I'd like it even more if they worked for me!

i cruise at 30-35, I've can run 40-45 in short bursts(maybe an hour or two).  The shirts also have to be pretty well stacked for that.

i really wish i had a speed indicator on this press.  I think I crested 50 the other day, I was flipping flying, I couldn't count them since I was going so fast it would have broken my stride.

I like doing 25-35 dozen an hour, that way I have time to pay attention to what I'm doing.

Once I start pushing 40+ alone, I don't have any time to look at what's coming off the press.

you guys care what comes off the press?  In my world if it made the trip around, it's good to go.

I have the same press as Rockers.(Diamondback S)  By myself, I usually start about 8 sec. then drop it down to 6 a few doz. in after I get into a rhythm.  Puts it usually somewhere between 29-33 doz./hr depending on design.

Is that 50 dozen an hour by yourself?

I was never able to break about 350/hr alone.

On MHM's you have a foot pedal that you step on if you need the press to wait for your
sorry butt. As soon as you release it indexes. All presses should have this.

I know that on our centurian it would tell me I was running 40dz/hr when I was really running 60+ (not by myself) and then there were times it would tell me I was doing 72dz/hr when I was really only doing 30dz/hr.  Knowing it was on an Anatol that someone was doing 60dz/hr by themselves I really have my doubts as to the accuracy of the built-in production counter.

We try to hit around 80+ dz/hour on long runs.  I've attached last weeks production numbers on 3 presses along with daily set-ups. Dwell times usually 1-2 secs.

My dryer is slow so I,m at 22 to 26 doz per hour, and my press is set at 2 second index and the if using the flash its at 4 so I,m at 6 second total, with no flash I'm still around 6 I,m at the mercy of my dryer right now.
