Need some art done... do artist want to work?

I've contact 4 people in the past week (two were soliciting me for business).  When asking for price for what I want they fall off the face of the earth.

I want a grimm reaper pulling a guy into the ground and an angel trying to pull him up.  So he would be about halfway into the ground.  Kicker is (and maybe this is why they don't respond back with a price), it's for a 2'' lapel pin.  So it can't be high in detail.  These are for EMTs.

I still would think this a reasonable request.  Are any Artist interested? :o
