A flash cure unit has been designed specifically for flashing large, all-over prints. The Falcon Duplex Flash is effective for areas up to 30 by 40 inches. With its three heating zones, a printer can control how much area he wants to flash by choosing one, two, or all three zones.
This unique flash does not need a stand as it mounts directly into the screen clamps of the press head creating a dedicated flash station on the Falcon Duplex press. It can be used in landscape or portrait directions depending on job requirements. Because it plugs directly into the Falcon Duplex automatic press, the printer can program the settings from the master control panel making it faster and easy to use.
There is no walking back and forth to the print head. This also makes the flash safer as it is only on when being used. The programming automatically shuts it off once the job is done. The height can be adjusted by using the off-contract controls of the screen clamp.
