black and gray shirts. I am thinking plastisol would be to thick on a thin shirt like this, but what issues are we likely to run into with discharging slub garments?

pierre
Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

I will ask since I am not afraid to sound dumb. What is a slub garment?

pretty sure it is similar to burnout, but is actually made of two different weight/color thread. So it looks similar to burnout but is 100% cotton.

Been wanting to try those.  Have done burnout but with the poly and large holes it was alot like printing on mesh jerseys.  Customer loved the result with a soft hand and muted colors, fit the design very well.

They do show a bit of the texture through the print especially if straight discharge but I think it looks really cool. I will post a picture when I have a minute.

The Next Level slubs were poly/cotton, fyi.  I thought they were going to be 100% cotton too.  Still discharged fine.
