Discharge Ink for a base

Orion:
We started using discharge for underbase last Spring but by the time Summer had come we had a lot of problems with ink drying in the screen. That was using a Wilflex product. We are now using Matsui and it is hot here already in central Texas. So far so good, but the real test comes in late July to August.
