Any clue on this font?

I hit all the usual places without any success.  The image is crappy for WTF and WFI.  I have searched and searched for something like this and my eyes are about to fall out of my head.  If anybody knows what this is or something that is close to this I would appreciate it.

it looks very similar to ariston   can see up close but it is very close to a match
