OK all you ink Gurus out there..... What kind of ink should we be using on 70% Neoprene and 30% polyester?
Would this be a good choice for trying out that silicone ink?

My dogs hunting vest was neoprene with a poly shell I heat pressed it with no issues. I would think you could print it just like poly put a little additive in it to reduce the cure temp. Is it blended or a poly shell?

The item I am wanting to print is a "Tablet" holder and feels kinda like a wetsuit.

usually the outside of those is 100% poly, and the inside is neoprene. I did one with cad-cut for my daughter and it looks killer

And they list the content as 70/30 rather than "closed cell neoprene with a 100% polyester shell" ? That's what throws me.
I've never heard of a shell being listed as a percentage of the total content.
