Corel File Coming Up Blank?

Can someone with Corel try and open this? I have tried everything and its coming up blank. Not sure why

opens fine for me.  I'll just go ahead and call them and run the order...thanks for the customer!!

Just kidding.  What version of corel do you have or do you need me to save it as something else?

Thats strange. Im running X4 and my customer is running X5 but we never have problems with the files they send. If you could save it down to X4 for me that would be great.

I bet that they usually save it down to your version, and this time they forgot.
