if I remember correctly, we had to unzip them and load through the opening. Make sure they will fit on your plattens. . .

we used regular ink with nylonbond and keep the temp down.

Pierre, how low did you go? And, when you say "regular" ink, do you mean not even low bleed? And, did you try it on red by any chance?

our regular ink is low bleed. We might have used poly with nylonbond, but not sure. It could not hurt.

Nylonbond will make the ink cure without reaching full temp. We get the bags to come out at 300 or even lower (depending on material) so they tend to be OK. Having a gas dryer makes it a lot easier to control the temps. We could not do this with electric radiant setup.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!
