decorative golf flags

As part of a larger project, I've got 10 BLACK tee flags to print. NYLON.  Thick material.  1c white one side.  They'll never see duty, and probably hang indoors on a mantel next to a trophy. 

Do you think I can just print flash print them with standard ploy/cotton plastisol, and run them through the oven at 320 and be done, or will I have to "invest" in some addative like nylabond? 

Mesh recomendations..?

well...they sucked to print, but turned out pretty nice.

I got the Nylabond, and let it "set up" for a few hours at mfg suggestion.  Ran oven at 315.  NO FLASH, as they curl up.
I had to tape each one down to the pallet due to a curl of pucker in the seam (they were thick material).  Smaller than 16" w pallets would have helped.  2 strokes and white ink on black material really popped. 

Again. They are a pain.  Charge accordingly.

If the design allows it, perhaps explore heat seal next time.

I ordered 30 with a 1 color black print on a green golf flag and thats what they did. Cut vynil.  Just a note.
