Good to see your first post Zoran, let's see if we can help you.

I would think that M&R would have similar instructions available, but here's what Action has with their rubber and 1357 adhesive.

That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

do not use Scotchweld. The proper adhesive is 3m1357. Do not apply to honeycomb pallets. Apply adhesive to both rubber and pallet sparingly. Let air dry until tacky and stick together. Leave rubber down on flat surface with some weight on pallet for 24 hours. Trim and buff edges and you should be ready to go!

The rubber pallet  material Action sells has an adhesive sheet laminated to it so no glue is necessary. The issue I had is that when the adhesive membrane was laminated to the rubber it was not applied properly and had wrinkles in it. After applying the material I thought that a few passe of the squeegee would flatten it down but it did not. The result is I have a few  bumps were the wrinkle on the adhesive sheet is. The material was about $250 for 12 sleeve pallets, hard to trim it on the radius of the corners. Here is a pic of the wrinkle on the adhesive backer before I applied to pallet

Please call me and we will replace the material. That should not have left here. I apologize for the problem but we will correct it immediately.

Here's what it should have looked like.
These are orders that are and readied for shipment today.

The peel and stick pre-cut soft top rubber has been a great change for everyone! Everyone except perhaps Mr. Farmer which will be remedied immediately.
Sorry again about that. I have discussed this post with production and it's not going to happen again.

... thank you all for your answers :)

This information is missing in my previous post:
- I have the vacuum plates (honeycomb pallets) which I want to put the rubber and to use these plates for printing on T-shirts

thanks  :)
