I like the 4" foam rollers but using a scrubby pad sounds like something I'm going to try this week, neat idea.

I can't imagine you won't regret it. Best coverage and no overspill. We use mustard bottles to dispence and vigorusly scrub in a rotary fashion. Rinse the scrubby right away and it will last indefinitely. We've been using this tac for over 20 ys......it was originally designed for the dreaded belt printers.

Tony, I am totally missing how you apply this stuff, you use a scrubby pad to apply it?  Like one of the ones you would use on a screen?

I feel dense this morning.

Thats it Brad. I'm telling you it's the best method we've tried. Use two people and it takes just minutes and lasts for weeks

Tony - do you dilute the tack at all or just use it straight?  Which tack?

I'd like to give this a try...

Thanks,

Dave

I don't dilute it and again use two coats wet on dry. Can be a little over tacky at first but that only lasts a couple of rounds. The press ops dig it.

I now use tony's method, but I dilute it 50/50.  I always hit it with 2 coats on fresh tape as well, 1 coat soaks in too much.

Hey, this is late.  I just applied tack yesterday.   >:(

I remember seeing someone post about keeping a roller in a sealed bucket with a little water, probably could do that with a scrubby to cut down on waste--but it could be in a much smaller container.

Neat hint Tony, thanks.
