Reflective on Poly?
« on: March 27, 2013, 08:57:25 AM »
I am working on an order for reflective ink on poly.  I usually run this on cotton and discharge the underbase.  Clearly I can't do that here and the shirts are black of course.

I currently use some Union Reflective Flash Back ink that I've had for a while, is there an ink that will print better over darks?

We have had success with the Optilux 505 on poly, no underbase needed. We run it on either a 110x or a 150x s thread.

I might have to go this route.  the union stuff won't work without an underbase...and don't use a plastisol underbase either, it has to be discharge or otherwise you get a very glossy print
