Embroidering Braille

I was going thru some old sew outs and found a sample cap we did for a customer in braille, we did some caps for a some blind children going to a ballgame last summer and they all wanted there names on there caps, we ended up dong the dots in puff so they would stand up high...worked out pretty good, just thought I would share just in case someone else might have to do some.

The first time we printed puff ink was for a message in Braille; "If you can read this, you're too close." Pretty funny I thought...

I take very bad pics no matter the camera, so you might can see this, the dots are sewn on 2mm puff then heated a little to tighten it all up.
