Have a job in queue where I want to run a pearlescent yellow. Matsui makes a Matsumin Pearlescent binder but I'm not sure anyone in the U.S. stocks it.
Does anyone else have a WB base that I could toss pearlescent powder into and it will bind correctly and be washfast?
I think this could be a great look.
