Slow Head
« on: February 28, 2013, 09:12:40 PM »
So head one on my press prints real slow. Its an air driven head. ( dont have an issue with any of the other heads) I've replaced the speed control, and checked the air lines for kinks or blockage- found none .
So... is the MAC valve the next logical place to look?

Stroke cylinder could be bypassing air inside and causing it. If you have good pressure to the speed control I would eyeball that.

It have had a few that have had an internal leak and you could not hear it out the valves exhaust. No control on the print stroke speed was the symptom on our M&R.

Well.  I can see I completely misread this thread and am sorely disappointed at the subject matter.   ;)
