What would you do if they didn't pay?

I know what I'd do...not a damn thing!  Those are some hard guys.

Another fine print by they way.  How did the 272N do for the underbase?  Were you able to clear the stencil with one stroke?

Thats a good question. How much did you cut the Quick White?

I am really loving all the N meshes.  Yes, we are printing one pass with sharp side smilin jack through the 272N.  I love the detail we get with that mesh in the underbase...gives you an extra few dots that you don't quite get with a 230, and it lays down just as much ink.

The Banditos are my best paying customers.  Full Payment up front for shirts and art and they don't even care about the price.

Added 12-15% soft hand reducer to the quick.  That's pretty much our standard sim underbase.

Here's a logo we did yesterday, black WB, red discharge and a mini HD white on 150 micron stencil.

Here's last night's efforts. We're totally overbooked and shorthanded, so these films got output at 40 line; it's OK, but I had intended 55 line. I do see a few things after the fact of course, but since they were needed this morning, this is it. Critiques please, I'm not that sensitive.

Looks pretty good. Good colors on the car. Higher line would have definitely helped but over all pretty nice. Did you sep this one in Quickseps?

Yes. I started pulling them the old fashioned way, then ran QS and got the 17 channels to work from, used the merge function, and got it down to 5, underbase white on 230, 427 gray, 199 red, black and highlight white all on 305. If the guy reorders at sometime (with different text) we'll output at 55. I'm going to fatten up the rear tire too, I think I trimmed a shade too much. Thanks

I have had QS for a long time and just have not got around to using it. Still pulling colors out manually. I need to give it a try or sell it....lol

The car looks great, I agree about the tire, and I think the smoke could use some better dimension to it to make it look a little more realistic.

There was more detail in the smoke when created, but couldn't quite get it to show. If I had a bit more time, I'd have added it to the black and 427 gray, but I just had to go to press. The customer was very happy, so I didn't point out these things to him. I can't wait for the next one now. Thanks guys.

Printed my first QR code on shirt yesterday. Worked perfectly.
