We did this last week, 85 line, by mistake, (4th run) but it works...

Just printed my first 55LPI discharge through a 330 mesh. Gettin there....

For those who care to know.......this was printed on white cotton sheeting (pillowcases) in all seriousness it would have looked better on 600 thread count but these were promo giveaways ie cheapies.
Sim process 9 colors 60 dpi
Oh and Coco sent me a duck.

We printed these today a crap load, nothing special printing wise but i thought the Obama haters oops I mean supporters would like it.

Printed these on Thursday.  500 pieces.  We had 3.5 hours to go from printing films to shipping labels being slapped on boxes as they were loaded on big brown.  Would really have liked some sampling time but it wasn't in the cards for this one.   Anyway... Here it is.

Not as fancy as your guys stuff, but I'm equally proud. My first 4 color print! I have to start somewhere :)
Used some parts of artwork from Action Illustrated and added a Customer's logo and text.

Sorry about quality, pic was taken with my cell, I will try to get better pic tomorrow if I remember.

No pictures.... but printed 800 White Gildans.
And only had to pull three that had the "brown mystery spots"
I think Gildan whites are better quality lately (but I'm paying $1.75 for them)

some here might recognize the characters . . .

printed this yesterday. Not as crisp as some others (neither is the photo), but still pretty nice.

Dan separated, need one minor tweak and it was ready. Setup time about 30 min with that one adjustment. One of the easier setups for a pretty demanding customer.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!
