Not bad for a beginner hahaha. Seriously though you really need to try this stuff in discharge. You will definitely see an increase in resolution. Maybe I'll come out there (if we do this other project) and we'll pull it off. BTW I shld have an update on that Wed?Thurs

A couple jobs we printed today........ The green print shirt is 6 colors plus base/top white for a total of 8..... The pink panther job is a total of 9 colors with 2 whites..... Both came out pretty nice so figured I'd throw em up here....... On the pink panther job my client called us monday needing these shirts by the weekend so that was pretty rad getting this worked into our already crazy busy production.

LOL, actually I probably only post 1 out of every 10 sim process jobs we do here......Might even be 1 to 20 lol

We usually print 2-5 sim process style jobs per day here...... Sure as hell beats printing the boring spot color stuff but unfortunately we do more of that than anything

I always forget to snap a pic at the end of the dryer so I need to get better at taking that 30 seconds to do it.  When we're under a normal workload it's easier to remember but the last month or so I probably wouldn't have time even if I did remember.

I really really like the pink panther print.  Not that the other is bad, the green popping on that car is very good, but the panther is really nice.  Getting that white opaque with such high mesh counts is not easy and normally we have to double stroke on those white screens that are 280 & 305, but usually a 225/40 gives us close to 100% opacity with PFP. 

And like others have mentioned, some of our cooler prints I'm not able to post until the sales person asks the customer and they usually forget or never bother asking so I don't post those since we got into a little trouble a few years ago by doing that.  We did an album cover print on a shirt and the album wasn't out yet (I didn't even think to check) and it got back to the artist's people and we were politely asked to get it the hell off the internet, ASAP.

how many hits of white did you have under the yellow in the middle pic?  Did Have to run it in Revolver or did you add an extra flash in there?

Yellow on black always is such a challenge for us here.. usually have to have 2 layers of white underneath it to make it pop.

Thanks. It's under-based white.  So 4 screens total (2 Whites, Grey, Yellow). We don't really ever use revolver anymore unless its like super small order like 24/36pcs 1 color ink.
