Plastisol Sim Process on Discharge Base on a Blend.  Not water base soft, but still a nice hand

Water based, 6 colors, 120(cm) mesh, 90 LPI

That is Really nice. I am surprised your getting that resolution with your choice of emulsion but the results speak for themselves.  Great work!!

It's no surprise at all. QLT with the added sensitizer works perfectly well with water-based inks. But once you have the sensitizer added, you should consider longer exposure time. In terms of resolition I find QLT the best of the best.

Nice print

Quick question to understand your process sequence:
Discharge Base
Flash
WOW on the plastisol layers

That sound about right?

Correct, we had a couple flashes on the plastisol as well.

Some places claim success running all wet on a discharge base but I've never had success without some flashing.

That looks really really nice.  I especially like the light Gold flakes in the background.

The photo just doesn't bring out enough of the beauty in this one at all.
TonyP  and Will Booth and I pulled this one together.

By the way, those new Gildan Hammer tees are pretty sweet. Good printing on them and feel good. The price is nice for what you get.
9 colors. Discharge base with plastisol on top. All 305's. Base might have been on a lower mesh.

That art and print is sweet and I bet super soft with that discharge base.
It's not a job if you love doing it.

Hey I have to ask.. no roller because of print/dot degradation, just don’t like them or something else?   Again real nice print.
