I know this is pretty amateur compared to the other things posted here, but I'm proud of it anyway lol.  First Seps job I've printed on my auto, 5 colors, flash between every color, PFP on the base

Good print. Can't complain about that.  Looks like you saved the customer some color cost as well.
While you did a good job reproducing what you were given. This is one of those that we can use as a training tool for everyone.

That drop shadow with white in it is an example of "what the customer gives you" was an accident. Maybe they don't know it or whoever put it together didn't know how to grab (just the black) from that area so that only black prints to the shirt and looks like a true shadow.

Here, you would color all colors and combine them on one channel to create a solid mask of the colors. Then adjust levels or curves so that you can burn out the highlights (that shadow area) and then use that solid mask as a tool to make a selection, and knock it out of that background underbase to remove the white where that shadow is. This way, the black halftone shadow prints straight to the shirt.

First, I would explain what I'm intending with that area to the customer so they are aware. It's possible they want it just like you have it ans how it's shown in the original.

Very clean print.
Next time maybe try a color change and wow them with some deeper colors.

Haven't posted in a while and my intern from Mexico set this job up tonight(it was the first setup with screen printing that he's ever done). He's up here spending around 5 weeks learning from myself and crew as they purchased some Roq machines for a clothing line they will be printing for. The last few days he's been in pre press understanding why screens are so important, how to properly operate our dts, etc so this was his first time registering a job on press. It took him a bit longer then my guys would take but what was really awesome is we did not have to micro any screens.

8 Colors on this one, 225/40 base and 280/34 top colors

Nice printing on the drag car shirt but, is it "Mellow Yellow" or "Mello Yello"?

I think it's Mellow Yellow since Donovan was an avid funny car fan. ;)

I just wanted to point out that the tag line at the bottom of the print is prolly incorrectly spelled in this case.

Heck! If your correct you should at least get a free t-shirt out of the deal.

The drink at least is indeed sans "w".
