Interesting.  I figured the surface would be difficult to put ink on to.  5500 series?

Correct I use the 5500 series and flo pigments from nazadar on this one.  For flo colors we use there pigments dumped into clear base from TW graphics.

Been a minute since I posted some car art..... Sweet artwork here that we printed today...... Sim process printing blending quite a bit here

73 lpi - originally was going to print black but eliminated that color on this - 8 colors total

Here's one off the press from today, pretty neat artwork..... Just a real basic greyscale sep with a couple screens on this one - 73 lpi...... 270 mesh

Photo does not do the print justice as it looks wayyyyyy cleaner in person

Danny, I really want one of the shirts!  Love the design.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Here's a few more from today....... We ran these ones all at 55 lpi/22.5 mostly on 270 mesh............ The wood sign is 4 color, and the other two are 7 color with a base.


I have some more that I'll post up in the next couple days as well

You get to print some of the coolest stuff.....I feel like the only cool stuff we get to print is bike rallys 2-3 times a year.

8 screens on this one, 55 lpi... We had to print multiple color shirts, doesn't look quite as good on this weird color shirt as it does on heather black I'll try to get a pic of that before they ship
