Hoping to see some tones like that shooting out of our new ST next week after install.

No reason why you shouldn't... Our ste really is the heart of my shop right now, without it I would go flip burgers LOL...... This job here was setup on press and zero micro adjustment was needed.... Not one move on any micro LOL

Can't remember if I posted this design before but this is a reprint this time.... Went back and made a few adjustments to the seps to match the original artwork a bit better..... 60 lpi on this one, discharge base 225/40 and top colors on 272 N mesh...1 time around the press, 3 of the screens have a double stroke with single stroke everywhere else. Printing at 48 doz/hr right now which is pretty slow but my dryer cannot handle more with the dbase. 8 screens total on this including underbase.

Tony how wide is that print...You print it sideways on the boards right

30", no, and yes. In order to achieve smooth over the seam work and incorporate halftones with one screen with consistency (boat is blurry in pic for some reason), simply laying a shirt on an oversize board does not cut it for us. While these are practically cookie cutter production now; much pre-thought, planning, and a few mistakes were necessary to get the process to where it is now. Still refining.

We did a similar style/placement print and that's how we did it. Lay the shirt so the bottom overhangs in the direction you are indexing, so air doesn't blow in through the collar and mess with positioning during indexing.

Hopefully I'll never have to grow up and get a real job...

A couple we just did..... The horse is a 5 color print with underbase, and the other print is a 7 color including base. 60 lpi on everything, just 1 time around the press. Double stroke the bases on these, and 1 color was a double stroke on both with everything else being singles. We didn't have time to really dial these in or make changes as I would have liked to improve them quite a bit we just did not have time this go around. When I go to print re orders we will make changes and make them look better so I'll post again when we re print

Nice stuff as usual.  I've got a few pics but the jobs are so boring and mostly simple but I'll post them later anyway.  Nothing but multi-colored spot jobs on darks.  Right now we've got more screen printing jobs in the system than we did all last December, and last year was our best year by a huge margin that we're having a hard time beating last years numbers year to date.  We're only up by single % over last year, I guess I didn't realize how good it was last year until I compare this year to it.  That's the good and bad about having a record year by a huge margin, the next year can be slightly better but it feels like it was somewhat of a failure.
