Have not seen the specs on the iImage, and was not aware that it could output at such high resolution(90 lpi)...interesting.

This one kind of sucked, hoodies and T's, 6 color sim process.  Base 225/40, colors 280/34's, top white 305.  The top white was too strong so we ended up printing it at 30"/sec through a 305 instead of going back to the artwork.  Double stroked the base on the hoodies but on the T's we single stroked.

not an award winner, but not bad either.
DC ubase, 7 colors, 330S mesh all around except 230 or225S for ubase.
Unimatch on top, seps by DTD. Went through several revisions at adjust the crap highlights for a discerning customer.

Please note that those heads are about the size of a quarter! Lotsa detail in very little space. The full shirt image is a little dark, but the closeups give a better feel for the print.

Good stuff on here as usual.  Some DC on fleece.  I really like a matte look on hoodies v. the plasti.  Hard to get every job to go this route but very happy when they do.

Notice how clean that design is. All those colors touching without having to worry about bleeding under a base.
