Double Sleeve Pallets are designed for the sole purpose of allowing you to print small sizes of long sleeve shirts. That is - those sizes that you are not able to fit over your pallet arm locking mechanism.
On Most Automatic Machines - the arm hardware is 6" wide and therefore restricts the loading of the small shirt sizes.
The DSP is an overall 16" wide and 28" long.
The sleeve printing areas are 4" wide and the slot depth is 24".
These dimensions can be tailored to your unique application.
You would typically load these through the neck but sometimes people do load with the sleeve cuff first. It is possible to print both sleeves of one shirt at the same time if you load cuff first. We can make these in varying sizes.
These pallets can be used for doing almost every size of long sleeve shirt from a youth small through an adult XL.
However - our 4" x 22" wide standard sleeve pallet is still the most advised for doing adult mediums and above.
Improvements - The New Stabilizing Handle Assembly is now very stable, rigid, balanced and easy to use. The handle is now very ergonomic to operate. The handle assembly is now easily detachable to allow the pallets to be stacked & stored efficiently.
