Jason Ziga recently joined the team at Transfer Express as the Dealer Services Manager. In his new position, Ziga will manage the customer contact center, which takes orders, answers questions and troubleshoots production and application issues.
Prior to joining Transfer Express, Ziga worked in various call center and claims management positions in the auto insurance industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from Cleveland State University. He is working on a master’s of business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Ziga’s goals are to establish business objectives, create relevant performance drivers, and align business practices to ensure that the company provides an exceptional level of service to every customer. He also wants to create a corporate culture that is fun and focuses on coaching and development.
Although Ziga is still learning about the decorated apparel industry, he reports that he really enjoys helping customers succeed so they can grow their business. He will report to Sean Oakley, general manager. He resides in Mentor, Ohio.
