White Outline

(1) Attached is the first color in sequence -- no other screen before it. On some shirts there is this white discharged outline and on others there is none. Explanation anyone?
(2) You dischargers -- do you normally have your squeegee going "rat a tat tat tat tat tat" (it's lifting up and going down really fast, as opposed to a smooth stroke with no jerking) as it prints? It's obviously pressure related, but at 40-45 psi it's doing it non-stop. Typical or just reduce pressure?

No idea on the white outline, but as for the squeegee, what durometer and angle are you using.
(for discussions sake, lets say 90 is straight up an down, 0 is flat, and 45 between, I know machines
mark this differently)

75/95/75. Had it at 78 degrees, then bumped it back to 85 degrees, but to no avail, even after taking off pressure when bumping it back to 85.

Try a softer squeegee, we use 60 for most everything WB. Some bend is good.
Typically I've seen head chatter when you are using a hard squeegee and too much pressure.
Not a good thing IMO.

Go to a softer squeegee. We use 65/90/65 for our WB. Sounds like you are putting way too much pressure with the squeegee sticking like that. It may also be due to your other problem in the other thread of under exposed screens getting soft and gummy.

Exactly. You are squeezing out minute areas of activated water.
