First 5 color on my auto

Screened Gear:
I just got my auto and am looking for a little advice on how to run a job.

Its a 5 color job. White underbase then 4 colors on top. I  have one flash but can run the shirts around as many times as needed. Let me know what you would do. (Screen mesh, how many top colors per round,,,)

thanks Jon

If they are black dischargeable blanks, I would personally use a discharge UB 150S, and over print the colors with plastisol on 230/48 mesh, white on 230/40 and I would definitely flash the discharge due to the red.  All colors WOW after the base, 45 lpi halftone.

Sorry guys they shirt colors are brown, dark heather and black.

Just one coat of white? you think that would be enough with the yellow gradient over the top of it?

If you can only do 5 colors, For the black garments, you might find that you feel the need to print flash print, but it's possible to do it in 1 hit on a 230 mesh. Just use an adequate stencil thickness.

I would do it at 230 base and 300 mesh on top. You could also just do 230 for all, but that still leaves everything feeling heavier than needed.
