javelin registration system
« on: February 05, 2013, 11:56:13 PM »
I bought a used javelin 6-8 a few years back and have been using it and registering the screens by eye with a film taped to the pallet with the registration marks.  It has been working, but with all this talk about registration systems, I pulled down a box that came with the press and it has a registration system with the locking piece for the light table and then the carrier strip  and there is the piece that I believe attaches to the pallet which has 3 dial indicators on it.   I cannot find any writing on any of the pieces and I do not see anything on the workhorse sight.  Does anyone have any knowledge on this before I call the company and ask??  I would love to use it if it will make my life easier.

thanks in advance

Andy

That sounds like a device that Alan here on the boards came up that he used to level plattens and print heads. Post a picture, and we will see what you have.
