Mostly roll my own with a small machine. Get a carton for roughly ten bucks but the state just cracked down and with tobacco tax its closer to thirty.

Just printed shirts for these guys. Great product if you ask me. Several of my friends are using them now. Still inhaling crap in your lungs but it cant be as bad and they say it actually is better because they dont stink like an ash tray.

I smoked for 20, and quit 30 years ago now. Give them up. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to smoke tobacco, other than you think you look cool doing it. That's why we all started. Think about it, you have to override your cough reflex, a natural response to keep your health. Not trying to get down on you either, I know very well how hard it is.

I too quit. July 21, 2008. After 20 some years, 2-3 packs a day. January 19th, 2013, ran and completed my first ever marathon. Sound like I'm bragging? Maybe, I don't know, but I am proud of what I've done.

After smoking for 30+ years, my mother just found out she has about 13 months to live due to lung cancer.

Think about the cost.  Its not that tough, buddy.

After 20 years of it, it was much easier than I'd expected. I did have a client whose wife, about 40 yrs old, got lung cancer from smoking, and she couldn't quit even with the diagnosis. It finished her off. I've read opinions that nicotine is as bad as some hard drugs, but for me it was the habit of lighting a cigarette whenever I did certain things, or at particular times. Sitting in a bar was one, first cup of coffee and the paper in the morning was another. Once I got past that, and it was only a few of days, it was fairly easy.
You'll get fat, and remember to not become one of those ex-smokers who browbeat others when they light up. Don't forget how much you hated the lecturing when it was you in "flavor country".
