I have a "head shop" next door (literally)... it is quite interesting to see people that walk into the computer shop and stand there looking around for a solid 20-30 seconds before walking out or saying "this isn't X".

Probably don't need to go to that shop if you don't have together enough to walk into a computer store and realize it wasn't the right place IMMEDIATELY.  Not to even mention the vinyl that we have on the door at eye level that has our logo and such on it. :)

hell sell them a bag of Origanum vulgare  aka "joy of the mountains" aka oregano
dry it cut it up and nickel bag it and make a few side bucks hell I go flying so high when i am stoned :P

oregano is botanically known as Origanum vulgare, Greek for "joy of the mountains." It can be found growing wild on mountainsides of Greece and other Mediterranean countries where it is an herb of choice. Also known as wild marjoram, the oregano plant is a perennial which grows up to two feet tall and bears tiny leaves which lend a pungent aroma and strong flavor to a variety of savory foods.

They are the cayuga nation which originated in this area but relocated to Oklahoma many years ago. i suspect they were trafficing in no tax tobacco across state lines.
What you don't know there is a second Cayuga tribe in the same town that claims soverign territority here started here and remains here. About 3 years ago the COUNTY & the STATE not the feds raided those natives took all the cigs and shut them down.

Spent $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in county and state money over a long and drawn out trial and in the end got it shoved in their a$$ the tribe scalped the pale faces & got their cigs back and are back in business literally1/2 mile from the place that got raided yeaterday belonging to the OTHER cayuga tribe. back then the county & the state asked for federal buy in and the feds told the state and the county to go bag your a$$ as there were no merits in the case as far as the feds were concerned.
It is all about TAX $$$$$$ the difference with the recent raid on the out of state Cayugas  is i think they are manufacturing the cigs out of state and trafficing them in to NY  from who knows where, possibly oklahoma????? they are no longer soverign to the territories of NY

Bottom line it is all about the tax $$$ folks hate the tribes because they do not pay taxes all the while they (we) sit in long lines to buy cheap gas and a $ 4.50 pack of cigs.
By the way a pale face is subject to prosecution if found to be in possession of more than 20 cartons of native cigs while a native can buy as many cartons as they please.

all in all just a big a$$ mess.

The Seneca Cayugas once from here relocated to OK and now claim that as home wig wam turf. When the Cayuga nation here started having so much success and $$ selling cigs and tax free gass the okie moved back and opened a smoke &  gas shop 1/2 mile from the other Cayugas.

Oh the natives are restless they do not smoke no peace pipe ther...just bad blood.
The local Cayugas own many business enterprises here some pay taxes some do not depending if they are in the reservation claim territory. Yup the injuns want their ancesterial lands back and have been buying property up in the claim area and paying BIG BUCKS.
Everyone hates them but wishes they could sell their property to them as they have paid as much as 2 times market value.

it is so bad here with attitudes that the injuns made a 20K donation to the local fire dept that by the way is named for a Cayuga Indian Chief, Red Jacket and the FD sent the check back ...strong letter to follow.

My self I loose some pale face business because pale faces get pissed off because i do business with the tribe...the tribe buys a bunch from me all year long and I am just enough Sicilian in me that i grab my crotch and tell the pissed off pale faces where to go when they want to direct my business. My point is my customers do not get to decide who my customers are. Today it is the indians I need to avoid... tomorrow it is democrats or republicicans, or catholics or jews etc. The local chamber of commerce even told me to my face they would not do business with me because I did business with the tribe. I told them to take their membership brotherhood special price request and get the F out...they never came back and I lost all that low ball may i kiss your ass business :'(

All in all it is just one big dog fight and I do all I can to support my loyal customets and i don't give a rats butt who has an opinion.
