Remember Rolley Bateman?
« on: July 20, 2015, 08:32:15 AM »
Rolley was a rep for years, and we became friends through his many visits. He's been through some not so good times. I recently talked to him, and one thing he said is he lost contact with a lot of people in the business because he was embarrassed about things. If you have any interest in reaching out to him, or even just looking at some of his paintings, drop me a PM and I'll send you his info. He is too good a man to be feeling this way, and a few "cheers" may be a good thing for him. We can never have too many friends. A kind hello just takes a few minutes.

Very nice post Dave.  I traveled with Rolley quite a bit way back in the day when he worked for Atlas in Chicago.  He is a very good man and quite the artist. I think his son is as well.

Sad to say other than Facebook, have not been in touch with him in years.  Thanks for the reminder!

Dave:  Sorry to hear that Rolley has had some challenges. I worked a lot with him a lot after I joined Nazdar and he was the Midwest Regional Manager for Stretch Devices.  The guy is an incredible artist and I'd welcome the chance to reconnect.
