How to print a slab of white

80% Sericol white 20% base. A little stiff but customer will wash before wearing. Literally couldn't walk away from the ink sucking screen.

110 no idea what thread. Low tension. No flash single hit. Much more cost efficient than plastisol

Tony,

Why did you use the 20% base vs. 100% white ink?

Many have learned this softens it up a bit to take the chalkiness out. Some garments require 100% due to the fact the don't discharge as well however. Some make DCUBs with 80% base and 20% white!
