Printing plastisol on rayon

I'm trying to print some ribbons for Korea veterans, but I'm having some issues.

I'm using plastisol ink. Wilflex Equalizer series. The ink just doesn't want to hold to the material. I'm curing at a high temperature. I've done both high and fast and high and slow. I'm still doing some testing, but I'm curious to see if anyone has any suggestions to help me along the way. Maybe lower temps and speeds? Or maybe a different ink?

Check out Nazdar, I'm sure they'll have something. Those ribbons sound more like an air dry ink to me.

We do most of our work with Nazdar, and have a large stock of their 9700 series. I was debating using it.

Nothin wrong with dabbin a little on.

  I've done literally millions over the years and although the 9700 will work, I've always
just used NazDar poster ink. It's cheaper but if you have the 97, use it.

Did some tests and it worked like a charm. I just never thought to use it right off the bat because we rarely ever break into our stash unless we are doing yard signs, or seat cushions, or something like that. The printer who worked here before me is the one who did these ribbons before. I'm having to redo them because the customer sent them back because the ink started smearing. He used plastisol, which now, obviously, seems to have been the problem.

I've printed plastisol as well as wb on rayon, viscose, etc., no issues.

Oh, ribbons, didn't read carefully.  Glad the solvent ink worked.  Sometimes a little nylobond will get plastisol to adhere.

Hey, ZooCity. Just out of curiosity, how did you get the plastisol to work with rayon? My biggest issue was getting the ink to hold to the material. When I got it to a temperature where it would hold, the rayon began to break down. Were you using a certain type of plastisol? What were your temperatures on your oven? The air-dry ink works great, but it would be nice to know how to get the plastisol to work as well; especially for future jobs.
