Yea it works great for dried screens. I had to put up little divider bars in the middle of the rack otherwise it was touch to get at the different mesh sizes.

Stitching kind of sucked on this panoramic shot but you get it.

This are still in disarray... we like our chemicals huh (under press)!  They are empty bottles we just picked up (Zeps!)

Pallet dolly needs to make its way back into the Connex box, but they they wife couldn't ride it around while talking to us.  PVC pipe on the left is supposed to be vinyl rack that gets hung on another wall and we have an 8' counter/cabinet going along that wall as soon as the guy brings it (brand new and free, so I'm not complaining about time of delivery!)

Ignore my King Air "exhaust vent" hanging in the middle of the picture... this was before we had the proper dryer vent put in just to get the heat out of the room.

Yeah, thanks dick!  Way to follow up my little cave with that monster of a shop!  J/K  Awesome shop man, looks clean as hell... VERY sweet, can't wait to show it to my guy, he really flips out over the size of some of you guy's shops.

It is a pretty scary piece of equipment......just like pretty much everything else in the shop! LOL!!!



But I assume your referring to the pellon's taped to the end that kind of make it look like a mouth....not really sure the purpose of those but they've always been on there and we actually change them out every once and awhile......

Vintage Hix! I've had a couple of those. Pretty basic & reliable machines. That one looks like it's probably an 80's era dryer. Someone probably put those pellons over the outfeed to try to hold a bit more heat in, as the Hixes have really tall openings. You could slap a piece of sheet tin on there for about $5.00 if escaped heat is a problem.
