DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WITHIN MY CONTROL YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN TEE SHIRT AND A SHARPIE MARKER BY NOON TOMORROW OR SIMPLY CALL SOMEONE WHO GIVES A SHIRT.

Auto coater (2 up) and CTS. Multi task. Just saying.

Having had production experience with the Digikote we had found that that was not the case. Can't really walk away from it for any meaningful period of time. Requires a full time operator for the given operation until all screens complete. The little guy is cool though and priced right for those who want that kind of consistent results

As I like to start many posts...Here's what works in my shop. I am fortunate enough to have both an automatic coater and a direct to screen. We process enough screens where we can coat screens on the machine and image screens on the CTS at the same time. Both machines are in the same room. By the time we coat and image, we have a nice pile ready to expose and develop. That's what "works in my shop"

Well that makes total sense. Why do you get to have all the cool toys?

All M&R. We have a full time Maintenance guy and have a local tech comes in behind us now and then. My latest is an old but very lightly used 6/8 GT it's my favorite. One of my 14s has another year or so before we swap it out
