I got our first one month utility bill for 5,664.00. I was like WHAT? Gotta me a joke. I've heard of these crazy mistakes and now I have experienced one. The lady on the phone said they read it one day and had it re read another few days later thinking something was odd. She said the 2nd guy read the same thing. I wasn't freaking out over it. I knew it would have to be worked out.
At first she was indicating that I would be responsible for this. NOT. So, after requesting yet 3rd read (with me being present), They called to say they found the error and now my bill is $124.00 Go figure. Anyways, I'm glad it worked out easily and didn't have to fight.
