Hello all!

My name is Gary Williams and I live in West Columbia, SC. I work full time as a graphic artist for a custom screen printing company in Columbia, SC and own and run a small screen printing business in my spare time in the evening and on Saturday. I am hoping to be able to go full time in my own venture in the very near future. My shop is actually not too far from Rick Stefanick's shop at Big Idea...he by the way suggested I join this forum. So here I am.

I have been in the textile screen printing business since 1989. I started out in the art dept. but before too long began learning more and more about the other phases of the process until I had a working knowledge of it all. I'm by no means a genius in the technical aspects of the business and do every now and then need some help and advice. I also feel I have enough knowledge that I might be help to others that need it.

Rick and I go back a ways as well. Great guy, and quite a character. Of course, he thinks I'm one of those strange artist types. Little does he realize, I'm really one of those strange printer types trapped in an artist's body. LOL.
