Allover wraps
« on: December 05, 2012, 03:03:13 PM »
Simple one but effectively illustrates how to this is done in a very cost effective manner. 17" one color DC base with 2% activator on navy heather. App 2"" of graphic wraps to the back. Same screen; shirts loaded twice. Stupid easy.
Bonus 1: There is no middle gray color. Its the two bases over printing.
Bonus 2: Shirt has a sideseam and the DC prints over it seamlessy. TIP:Low mesh Tension. No special boards or foam.

Now we're going to have fun with palm trees, turles, sharks etc for Resort

So what do you do in case of different shirt sizes? A different set of screens for each size? Just asking as one of our clients asked us to replicated the Charlie Brown tee with the zig zag that wraps around the whole of the shirt.
