Collegiate License and Orange Bowl Vendor license?

Anyone have Collegiate License and more specifically "Orange Bowl" Vendor license?

The one time that I was involved in a potential NFL project, each particular job required approval, and a sample submitted
I would think that if this is the case with bowl games, there is quite a time crunch.

It can be if you know the right people. I've lost sight of my contacts from past events, but know that it can happen.  Thats why I'm putting feelers out. There are other ways as well. It's all in how much money one spends.

What company manages the bowl licenses? I'm licensed with the CLC for Virginia Tech but that's it and it was a pita.

I know you have to get additional licenses to do the special events. More $ to put out. 


But I also thought that they only sold (one all encompassing license) these days that covers all colleges. All or none except for the events.

I don't know too much, but I do know there are at least two 500 pound gorillas of collegiate marketing--CLC and CLPA. 
CLC was the one I used to be somewhat familiar with.

Mine is just for a single university, but their client list is enormous.  As hard as it was dealing with them to get licensed for ONE college, I'd hope it'd be a little easier to do a blanket license for ALL, same rules should apply to all of them. But yeah if I have to pay an advance royalty payment to EACH college I'll pass!  I'd imagine the insurance requirements would have to change with a blanket license too. Ugh, I see why only HUGE companies get licensed, because it would honestly take a full time employee just to keep up with the license paperwork!
