"He who marches out of step hears another drum." ~ Ken Kesey
We uncrated our Sprint and put the dryer together and had everything done except bolts tightened to spec and the belt on. We didn't have the gas line hooked up or power till the day the tech got there. It had to be one of the easiest installs that tech ever did. If you guys had a day or two that were slow I'd think about doing what we did.
DO IT MATT!!
Ran my first discharge job on it today! AWESOME!
Best dryer in the industry in my opinion. I was lucky and got an in-depth tour of our dryer from a guy that seems to know a ton about them and I'm fairly certain that nobody else hase gone to the extreme that M&R has with the quality when it comes to the textile dryer. We spent several hours going over all the things that make the Sprint different and I was simply amazed at all that went into it. I thought it was just a box that moved hot air around but they've covered everything with the design and funtion of a conveyor dryer. I really like the fact that our shop isn't 15 degrees hotter inside now too, not to mention the $700 drop in electricity usage over the old texair.
