Amer Graph 355

Question for anyone that has one or even an Amer Graph I suppose. Can I just leave it on the pallet? Manual says it needs to be on the floor with the feet that come with it in order to have proper vacuum pull down? Doesn't seem like I would need to remove it off the pallet, but not sure. Its awfully heavy and If it can stay put, I would prefer it that way. Thanks for any info

Problem that could occur would be the glass isn't sitting flat and level.  Not only might it have problems pulling a vacuum but it could also cause it to crack the glass as it draws down some serious force on an uneven piece of glass.

But if you are certain that it is level and will stay level then you are probably good to go.

It will need to be on a solid surface and level. If one side is low or the wood pallet flexes it may distort the body or frame causing a vacuume leak or other problems down the road. You just spent a bunch of money on it why chance it. Be creative to get the pallet out from under it.

I would recommend taking it off as well.  We got our 755 off, not easy but you can "walk it" down.  You will need at least 3-4 guys to move it.
